Masingita Group of Companies has undergone a dramatic evolution. From a small start up with a singular focus on a filling station, the company has become a major black economic empowerment player in property development, facilities management and infrastructure provision within the civil and built environments.

Our subsidiary, Masingita Properties has been involved in property, construction and property management since 1989. Focused within, but not limited to Gauteng and Limpopo Provinces, the company has primarily targeted townships and rural areas with the primary aim of local and rural economic development. A further four commercial properties were developed through partnership with Nedbank to fulfil Nedbank's rural retail development requirements. This partnership gave birth to Masingita Property Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd in which Masingita Properties holds 65% and Nedbank holds 35%. View Projects

The subsidiary has been involved in building construction projects particularly in Limpopo Province where it completed several Medical Doctors' residences for the Department of Public Works. Currently, the subsidiary has a CIDB grading of 7GB PE which qualifies it for building projects as well as a CIDB grading of 5CE PE which qualifies it to complete for civil projects.

Khulemani Masingita Holdings provides a full spectrum of services from identifying land with high potential to developing property projects on behalf of clients; managing tenants and their needs and overseeing the maintenance of facilities.
