Masingita Group of Companies and Nedbank have a strategic partnership in township and rural development. We accelerate development in previously disadvantaged areas and add value to the growth and development of the neglected communities. To this end, Masingita Property Investment Holdings was formed in which Masingita Group of Companies holds 65% and Nedbank hold 35%. A further four commercial properties were developed to fulfil Nedbank's rural retail development requirements. The partnership enables Masingita Group of Companies to secure unlimited funding for developments of any kind and size in the fulfilment of the company’s long cherished dream of local and rural economic development.  The partnership propels Masingita Group of Companies to diversify its business operations with a noble view to contributing towards the creation of decent work opportunities and sustainable livelihood in South Africa as well as assisting in achieving the UN Millennium Development Goals.

Masingita Group of Companies has also formed partnership with Vlaming (Pty) Ltd to enable us to contribute meaningfully to the Expanded Public Works Programme of Government through the creation of employment opportunities by increasing the labour intensity on infrastructure projects particularly those which are government funded while at the same time ensuring that workers gain skills through on-the-job training.  The company has a CIDB grading of 9GB which qualifies it to undertake projects of unlimited value.
